Learn how to keep yourself and your loved ones safe in many dangerous situations and build a safety plan that could save your life!
Grab your girlfriends, mom, aunt, grandma, daughters and sisters and learn how to kick some bad guy butt in a judgment free environment! This class is recommended for women of all ages, teens and pre-teens included!
This class is full of confidence-building and a chance to use your skills on Bob, the self-defense dummy!
