Class covers many topics, including: hand to hand self defense, non lethal defense, pepper spray, kubaton, situational awareness, how to be a hard target, criminology, home and travel safety and more! Learn how to keep yourself and your loved ones safe in many dangerous situations and build a safety plan that could save your life!
Grab your girlfriends, mom, aunt, grandma, daughters and sisters and learn how to kick some bad guy butt in a judgment free environment! This class is recommended for women of all ages, teens and pre-teens included! This is a great class for girls headed off to college!
